17 Mar Border Security: Mark Borkowski, SBI & Sara Schroerlucke, Northern Border, DHS and….
Join Women in Homeland Security, the Government of Quebec and the Canadian Embassy for a strategic look at America’s border security.  The cancellation of SBINet has raised numerous concerns over the strategy and plan ahead to secure both the southern and northern border of the United States.  How do we close our gaps while allowing for free and open trade, tourism and the other benefits associated with open travel between our sister nations?  This timely event will hear from the leaders implementing and planning our strategy and discuss how we must continue to focus on a comprehensive security plan for our border that balances both free and open trade with security.
